Billboard reports that Katy will drop a remix of “The One That Got Away” featuring a verse by B.o.B. The song, which is scheduled to drop sometime next week, is currently #4 on the Hot 100 — is there any way this song will not top the charts? (Her previous two singles, “E.T.” and “Last Friday Night (TGIF)”, remember, went to #1 only after their respective remixes were released.) And more importantly, is Katy okay with people feeling like she’s cheating in order to achieve this honor? In fact, is this cheating, or just a smart business move?
