After James Harrison's Men's Journal Interview, When Is It Too Much?

As some of you may know by now, Pittsburgh Steelers LB James Harrison unloaded on NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell in an interview with Men's Journal calling him a "puppet" and using a gay slur. Those two have history with Goodell fining Harrison $100,000 in 2010 alone for illegal hits.
Harrison also had a few choice words for QB Ben Roethlisberger saying that, he doesn't play like QB Peyton Manning, he only gets paid like him.

My question to you, which someone raised on Twitter, is whether you would want someone like Harrison on the Kansas City Chiefs. I'm not saying it will happen -- only speaking hypothetically here.
On the one hand, you have this guy that has just insulted the most powerful man in the NFL and also performed a take down on his own quarterback. That doesn't fit into anything the Chiefs, or any other team, are trying to do. On the other hand, you have one of the most talented players in the league that can change a game simply by lining up on the field.

So, for someone like James Harrison, are the headaches worth the talent?
